Steps to reproduce:
My monitor is setup at 200% scaling.
I right clicked on an attachment to delete it.
Actual results:
The popup dialogue window appeared but it is too small, the two buttons at the bottom are outside the visible area.
Expected results:
The window should have been larger, showing the buttons at the bottom

I can't confirm that in Win 10 Pro 10H2 64-Bit with Thunderbird 78.4.0.
The dialog even scales correctly if it is already open and I then scale it to 200% in the Windows settings.
Only if, conversely, I scale down from 200% to 100%, the dialog remains too large as long as it is open.

So, I thought it was not relevant but perhaps it is.
I use a two monitor configuration. Thunderbird lives in my laptop's screen, whih is set at 200%.
The external monitor, configured as primary monitor, is set at 100%. But I use Thunderbird only on the other one.

Does problem reproduce when using newer version (91 for example) with Help > Troubleshoot mode?

I upgraded to version 91.3.0 and the problem seems to be solved.
I'll do a few more checks and report here.

The problem in some cases persists, even in Troubleshoot mode.
In particular I noticed a wierd behaviour when right-clicking on an attachment and then selecting "delete". The window is wrong-sized. But if you click on the bottom right icon "save" and then select "delete", the subsequent window is correct. From this moment ahead, if you try again to right click the attach, the window is now correct.
Resolved per whiteboard. Please open a separate bug report for the new issue in version 91 :)
