Expected results:

It takes some time to get used to the new addressing widget when coming from TB 68, but it has its advantages :) Just moving addresses between to/cc/bcc is a bit bothersome.

I'd like to propose adding shortcuts "t", "c", "b" which work when an address is clicked and would then move the address to the to/cc/bcc lines accordingly. So just click the address and press one of the keys to move it, instead of opening the context menu and selecting the entry with the mouse (because the shortcuts in the context menu are not unique, e.g. the c).

It shouldn't destroy any other behaviour because the keys just don't do anything if an address was clicked (not just focused by mouse-over).

Frank

Hallo Frank, das ist eine sehr gute Idee - awesome!
I had the same idea a bit later than you, but I'm suggesting long keypress to prevent hijacking future uses (jump to first pill which starts with "T") and accidental use of this shortcut (e.g. when you think your focus is already in message body, but you still have selected pills, and you start typing...).
We're working on this - I've provided a proof-of-concept patch.
We're looking for ideas how to communicate "long keypress on T/C/B" in the UI...
