User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:82.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/82.0
Steps to reproduce:
Hello,
Please let me know how to disable sending automatic confirmation of displaying a message?
When I send a message from milo@o2.pl to biuro@inter.pl, after opening the message, I get an automatic confirmation of the message displayed at the address milo@o2.pl.
How do I turn it off?
When I send a message from the address biuro@inter.pl to the address milo@o2.pl, I do not receive such a confirmation of being displayed.
Actual results:

In the Options, check "Return Receipts" settings.
Note that if the server is Exchange, it will usually send a receipt (server side) when the message is downloaded. "It's a feature."
As for this option from the attachment, I have disabled sending confirmation of delivery and I mean disabling sending confirmation about displaying the message.

Then Thunderbird would not send a confirmation. Check the source of the received confirmation (any attach it here as .eml)
how to add an attachment here?
And don't you have to hide e-mail addresses to avoid spam?

For the received notification mail, use Save As. It's a text file which you can edit if you are worried about spam.

This is generated by the exchange server, like I wrote in comment 1. Nothing Thunderbird can do about it. You can see in the source:
