Since we migrated to a new implementation of about:welcome to my knowledge we're no longer using the bundled / bundle functionality in ASRouter – can we remove this code / any relevant tests?

As discussed: the bundled functionality (or triplets code) that showed the 3 cards at the top of the newtab still functions but this was superseded by the new about:welcome experience. We still have a zero-onboarding scenario (new users load up about:welcome directly) but there are no plans to show triplets there.
We decided to remove all of this code to simplify things in ASRouter.
