Steps to reproduce:
The format of my contact list suddenly changed. No action of mine caused this change.
Actual results:
My address book went from a single list with a 'person' symbol, a name, and an e-mail address. It now has two lists. The first one has a different 'person' symbol, blank name column, and an e-mail column. Below that is a second list with the e-mail addresses but showing names.
Expected results:
My address book should not have changed.

Thank you for your quick reply. My address book used to look like that which is on my husband's computer. For some reason yesterday, my address book has changed as I tried to described. Is there any way that you can look at my computer and my husband's to see what I am talking about?
