Bug 1648363 removed AbstractThread from the GMP code. However, because it landed underneath some WIP I had we ended up with https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/c938c7416c633639a5c8ce4412be586eefb48005/dom/media/gmp/GMPService.cpp#126 still using AbstractThread. This should be removed.
