When nsCharsetMenu::AddToInfoArray() needs to grow its array, it allocates a new array of a doubled size, copies all the elements over from the old array into the new array, and then uses the new array, but it forgets to free the now obsolete old array. Please fix this leak. [Note: leak found using beard's Boehm GC collector.]
