I was thinking of removing all the select-* values: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/c938c7416c633639a5c8ce4412be586eefb48005/layout/style/nsStyleConsts.h#269-273
Only these values would be left: none, ignore, normal
They look absolutely useless and undocumented:
- https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/-moz-user-focus
I'd be surprised if they're used for compat checks online.

Looks fine to me. Please send an intent to unship though, and maybe we should leave them behind a default-off pref or such, but seems unlikely for anybody to be relying on these.
