User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:37.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/37.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Try to "save page as" on any site, SeaMonkey home page for example
  2. Offers to save the page dialog as per my settings.
  3. The expected .htm extension is not part of the offered filename
  4. Before build 2.53.6 build 20201028210003 it used to be ok
    It's ok on 2.53.5 build 20200917210035

Actual results:

The suggested name to be saved was [filename]

Expected results:

The suggested name to be saved should have been [filename].htm
