In the meantime those tests were annotated on Android to: ["PASS", "TIMEOUT"]. Anything else we need to do here?

The annotation with PASS and TIMEOUT basically ignores the test step. If you want this working again, it needs a fix. It hasn't been investigated if it's an issue with the test or with Gecko.
