This is a follow-up to: Bug 1674219

I initially named the Talos document "Talos Performance Testing Framework" rather than just "Talos", like mozperftest and Raptor had.

Sparky gave me this feedback:

It's a bit redundant, and it doesn't fit with the naming pattern for mozperftest and raptor

And I responded:

Here's why I think it could be a good idea:

1 It will show up better in search.
2 Talos is a very mysterious name by itself.
3 The documents aren't in a tree in the sidebar, so the title of the document does not mention that it's a perf test in anyway.

However, consistent is good, and I can follow-up with other approaches.

The work for this bug is to make sure the documents are tied in correctly to the sphinx document tree, and ensure the titles are nice once done so.
