In the cases that nsHttpTransaction::DisableSpdy
or nsHttpTransaction::DisableHttp3
is called, the caps
and connection info of transaction could be different than the ones in http cahnnel. We should make sure that the channel will use the correct information to create a new transaction with a sticky connection.
