Currently error exception handling is not great when writing code that uses native Mojo routing. It needs to be refactored to allow bot legacy and native code to work properly and share as much as possible.

Instead I ended up refactor error handing in Mojolicious to allow for native mojo code to something other than Bugzilla::Error since sharing with Bugzilla::Error was a dead end.
