When opening an attached image in Hotmail, a new browser window opens, but it
opens to the Hotmail.com start page, not the attached image inline.  This does
not happen with attached text or spreadsheets.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on attachment
2 [review].after virus scan is complete, click on download file
3.new window will open, but instead of image one gets the Hotmail.com start page

Actual Results:  
new window opens and goes to Hotmail.com start page instead of the image.

Expected Results:  
The new window should have contained the image that was attached to the email.

REOPEN:

Not clearly the same problem as 118520.

Does this affect firefox? Do you have cookie set to allow all, or originating only?
