Steps to reproduce:

The bug has existed since previous versions. He wasn't there before.

Actual results:

When a folder has a long name, for example: "Shoes LACOSTE GIRON SSL SPM size 44 - 28.5 cm a9030", the end of the name is not visible because it is covered by a scroll bar.

In my case, the end of the name is very necessary and this error causes a lot of trouble.

Expected results:

The scroll bar should not be on the folder name, but next to it, so it won't cover it.

This happens also in 68 and I think it's a toolkit issue, not related to our folder implementation.

Yes TB 60 doesn't cover and TB 68 does cover.

In version 91.3.2, the bug still exists. The problem has not been resolved.
