This became an issue when bug 1667502 landed. We spew a report for test case basic/bug908915.js because this testcase calls rateMyCacheIR shell function and prior to this patch, in order to run the rateMyCacheIR shell function you had to set the environment variable. Since you do not have to do this anymore, this testcase now produces a report. This can be fixed by adding rateMyCacheIR to this testcase's blacklist.
