[Notes]:

• This issue seems to be a regression considering the fact that is not reproducible on the latest Firefox Release 82.0.3. However, we have not managed to find a regression window, using the Mozregression tool, because the experiment targets only the Release channel.

[Affected versions]:

• Firefox Release 83.0b10 - Build ID: 20201108174701

[Affected Platforms]:

• Windows 10 x64
• Windows 7 x64

[Prerequisites]:

• Have this user.js saved to your PC.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Create a new profile but do not open the browser.
2. Go to the profile folder and paste the "user.js" from prerequisites.
3. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites using the "--first-startup" argument.
4. Click the "Start Setup" button.
5. Click the "Not now" secondary button and observe the first theme card.

[Expected result]:

• An image is displayed in the top part of the card and the "Automatic" title is displayed right under it.

[Actual result]:

• The "Automatic" title is not displayed at all.

[Additional Notes]:

• This issue is not reproducible on the "Treatment-a" branch.
• Attached a screenshot of the issue.

This issue was specific to a past experiment and the default UI of the "Themes" screen of the "about:welcome" page has been changed meanwhile. Considering this I am marking this issue as Verified.
