The images are to big at the top

I'm seeing this with M10 on Win95, though a quick look at the page source
suggests the problem may be with bad HTML since some of the images have their
size set like this "HEIGHT=50WIDTH=140". It's still an odd feature, I'd suppose
Mozilla would use the original size of the image when encountering that (like
Navigator does).

I'll put together a testcase for this.

Added a testcase that shows the problem with one of the images rendered
incorrectly on the page by M10. Also verified that fixing the markup makes the
page render correcly.

OK, forget that. Page and testcase both render correcly on Win95 using M11 build
ID 1999101808.. should have tried that first. I'm assuming the reporter was not
using a nightly build.
