It's probably not urgent, but there's an interesting difference with chrome which would probably require a bit of investigation. Not sure which implementation is right

I reduced it a bit further. The key thing seems to be that border-collapse: collapse seems to make us calculate the static position of the abspos table cell wrong.

The testcases still render differently on Firefox, but the page with the webcompat issue now 404s, so unsetting webcompat priority for now.
