1676842 - OpenPGP key manager cannot import from clipboard

In OpenPGP key manager, menu command "edit / import key from clipboard" is always disabled.

The reason is a code failure trying to read from the clipboard, the domWindow parameter doesn't provide function QueryInterface.

It works when using docShell.QueryInterface()
