That resolution makes some WPTs invalid since they test the old behavior.
We never implemented that behavior (bug 1481876) for row sizes so we already have the correct behavior for these tests.

The css/css-grid/parsing/grid-columns-rows-get-set-multiple.html test (bug 1675233) reflects the old resolution.
The css/css-grid/layout-algorithm/grid-container-percentage-002.html failures (bug 1634319) are from two separate issues: the first is that the test uses width: fit-content (which we don't support yet) on the grid container. Changing it to display:inline-grid fixes that. The remaining failures is again that the test expects results according to the old resolution.

This issue just got closed as no-change, so I think that makes this bug invalid.
