Some changes to a calendar's properties do not require the views to refresh

Details

If you change a calendar from read-only to not read-only, for example, the current view is cleared and all of the events are reloaded. This is unnecessary. The same applies for many of the properties.

Additionally, if you change the properties of one calendar, all are refreshed instead of just the changed one. That's probably something that can be fixed at the same time.
