The Fenix main test is regularly failing in CI, we believe it is because we do not have a reliable way to enable the "performancetest" mode of the app.
Until this Fenix issue is resolved, it's better to not have the test run on commits.

The test will no longer run on commits until we can resolve the failure, which is blocked on a Fenix issue.
