Loaded the page above, scrolled to the bottom and clicked on the next page link.
NOTE: you must _not_ have flash installed, or it will show a flash instead of
the GIF.
Somehow the iframe for the absolut ad became absolutely positioned in the spot
it would have been if the page were only as wide as the main column (table) of
the page (i.e. resize smaller and the absolut ad stayed in the same place. When
the window was the same width as the column of content, the absolut ad was in
the correct spot).
Reloading the page fixed the problem. I was unable to repeat it; perhaps
clearing cache or restarting the browser would help; perhaps it was random.
I'll attach the HTML of the page and ad just in case they rotate ads.

Probably a dup of the bug on abs pos elements with auto offsets not moving when
an incremental reflow moves the placeholder...

Is this a problem in a build from today or later? I can't quite figure out how
to make the testase work (in part because there are multiple iframes on the
page, so it's hard to tell what to do with the whole thing, exactly).
