[Preconditions]
Have the following prefs in the "about:config" page:
"browser.search.region" set to "US"
"browser.ping-centre.log" set to "true"
"browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.discoverystream.spocs-endpoint" set to "https://spocs.getpocket.com/spocs?country=US&region=CA"

[Steps to reproduce]

1. Open the Firefox browser with a new profile and reach the bottom of a new tab page.
2. From the Recommended section Right click and open a few links in a new tab.
3. Reach each of those links in a new tab in order to populate the Highlights section of a New tab page.
4. Restart the browser.
5. Reach the bottom of the Highlights section and open the context menu from the first Highlight card.
6. Click the "Delete from History" highlight.

[Expected result]
The Card should be removed without issues.

[Actual result]
The Highlight card is removed but the thumbnail from the card is set to the next Highlight card.

I was able to reproduce this issue only in Beta 84.0b1 I think the Severity for this issue should be an S3 or S4 since it only occurs on that specific build and its a minor issue.

This is expected per the current implementation.
