User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:83.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/83.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Uncheck all search engines bar one (or delete all search engines bar one, I have them deleted)
  2. enter something in the address bar

Actual results:

"This time, search with" does not appear below the address bar.

Expected results:

"This time, search with" should appear below the address bar with (search engine / bookmarks / open tabs / history).

This was the right behaviour before the recent update to add 3 extra automatic search engines.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
