User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/86.0.4240.198 Safari/537.36 Edg/86.0.622.69

Steps to reproduce:

First make sure the 'Show transparency in windows' (Transparency effects) is ON.
And the Firefox uses the compositing: DirectX11

  1. Open the Normal versions of Firefox.
  2. Set the gfx.webrender.force-disabled to FALSE
  3. Open a url like: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earth
  4. Open the windows Alarms & Clock
  5. Without unfocus the Alarms & Clock, scroll the Firefox webpage.

The problem is that in the Firefox Nightly the problem not exists:

Actual results:

The Firefox drawing is like has dropped frames / lag.
When scrolling and when watching a video.

Expected results:

To be smooth.
