User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:84.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/84.0
Steps to reproduce:
I am running Firefox Developer Edition Version 84.0b2, but the problem is at least one release older. I just didn't immediately realize that the problem was Firefox.
Steps:
In Windows 10 (1909) start multiple applications including Firefox.
Bring Firefox to the front.
Click on other apps on the taskbar or try to switch to them via Alt-Tab.
Actual results:
Firefox stays in the front. I only get to see the other applications if I minimize it.
Expected results:
The other applications should come in the foreground and Firefox move in the background.

I am suspecting your issue might be caused by an extension, theme or accelerated hardware.
I could not reproduce the issue described. Are you saying you can't reproduce it either, anymore?

If you can still reproduce, please provide the exact version you are reproducing it on and retry reproducing it in safe mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode) and let us know of the result.
If you can't reproduce it anymore, just let us know. Thank you!
