RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1673280

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/86.0.4240.198 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Have calendar open with Google Calendars.

Actual results:

At some point in time (don't know how long, overnight I guess) all the entries from Google Calendars vanish. Toggling the view calendar eye widget next to the calendar off then back on again causes the time entries to reappear.

Expected results:

Calendar entries should stay put.

I've tested setting my system clock to before midnight and seeing if the change of day is the cause. This doesn't seem to be the case.

I can reproduce by closing and reopening Thunderbird.

I do also connect to an Apple calendar through Thunderbird. This doesn't to have any issues.

How are you accessing the calendar. Add-on or through CalDAV?

arrterey, can you answer the question from comment#4, please? This could also be some sort of duplicate of bug 1673280.

I'm using "Provider for Google Calendar" extension. It does appear to be the same bug.

An additional aspect is that the visibility indicator/button next to calendar items in the list on the left does not display the hidden state (the eye with the strike through it).
