There are at least three ways to sort the address books. nsIAbManager.directories provides an initial sort order, which is totally overridden by the address book window UI, and by the address book menulist widget. Each of these has a slightly different sort order.
In this bug I'll create one true sort order for address books, and use it everywhere.
