Details

Need to send mimetype from necko to imglib. Decoder components are loaded by mime-type. The old code had a fixed enum list. I need the mimetype string from necko. Imglib can get access to mimetype string via channel. -pn

Verifying as fixed using 1999102608 builds on Mac OS 8.6, NT 4.0 SP5 and Red Hat Linux (6.0/GNOME.) Verified by going to http://jazz/users/publish/aaaa1.html and confirming that images with inappropriate extensions (e.g. "foo.pam") display properly.
