Bug 154699, a bug with 43 direct duplicates, doesn't appear on the Most
Frequently Reported Bugs list at [http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/duplicates.cgi].

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access the URL
2. Scan for bug 154699
Actual Results:  
Bug 154699 wasn't shown.

Expected Results:  
Bug 154699 should have been shown.

This bug will continue to be reported until 1.2 ships. Showing it on
duplicates.cgi might help reduce the number of duplicate reports.

This is INVALID

VERIFIED FIXED bugs are not shown hree on purpose. IIRC, this is so that the
duplicates page doesn't get cluttered with mostfreq bugs from M1, ans so on.

INVALID/WONTFIX bugs are included even if verified, though, because they will be
continually reported by users (stuff like tooltip alt, etc) - see bug 95008

The alternative would be to use the reported version fioeld, or womething, but
since mozilla doens't use that....

For this particular bug, just reopen/refix it, and don't verify it until 1.2 is
out...
