I tried Options/Privacy & Security/Cookie and Site Data/Clear Data, and the browser shows that I have 951 KB left somewhere. I looked at Manage Data and Manage Exceptions, but there was nothing to manage nor was anything excepted. This has been a problem in recent Firefox updates.

Actual results:

If I have more than 951 KB of data, the overage amount clears but still leaves me with 951 KB.

Expected results:

There should be 0 KB of data.
