(Whiteboard: [hardware-acceleration])
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:83.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/83.0
Steps to reproduce:
Installed latest TB version
Actual results:
When now started, UI elements start to flicker, are not showing or are only showing as a black area. Once moving with the mouse pointer over it, it draws the UI elements. UI elements include menus, buttons, list areas like emails and folders of accounts. This is quite annoying.
Expected results:
It should simply show the elements as before without any glitches.
Windows 10, latest version.

Hey, sorry for not coming back earlier. Meanwhile I updated my Nvidia drivers for my GT 540m - so maybe it does not reflect the origin state. But anyway - here we go:
WebGL-1-Treiber: Renderer Google Inc. -- ANGLE (Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 Direct3D11 vs_5_0 ps_5_0)
WebGL-1-Treiber: Version OpenGL ES 2.0.0 (ANGLE 2.1.0.6c72b64f910d)
WebGL-2-Treiber: Renderer Google Inc. -- ANGLE (Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 Direct3D11 vs_5_0 ps_5_0)
WebGL-2-Treiber: Version OpenGL ES 3.0.0 (ANGLE 2.1.0.6c72b64f910d)
I hope that helps!
