Since the switch to the new Mozilla icon, the icon of the Mozilla window in the
task bar looks quite broken (see attachment). However, this only happens for
the 1st window. When I open another window, the icon looks alright.
This only seems to happen on Windows NT; other computers with other Windows
versions (like XP or 2000) don't seem to be affected.

The first icon on the left hand side is the first window, which has a broken
icon. The second icon on the right hand side is an additional window which I
opened with File->New->Navigator window. Its icon is alright.
