User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:83.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/83.0

Steps to reproduce:

I tried to enter some info online.

Actual results:

I got hit with this crap. Also the info failed to load.

Expected results:

People should not get hit with so many seizure triggers everywhere. This doesn't even have the excuse that it's "for safety."

I am using various fixes and addons to try to block as many seizure triggers as possible, these sometimes cause other features to start strobing.

I have disabled uBlock Origin on the site in question, so it's not because of that.

The console doesn't show related errors. The inspector identifies the strober as "class="loader"" but the page source doesn't refer to it, apparently using javascript for the whole page.

Please provide specific and clear steps to reproduce. "Entering some info online" does not allow anyone to reproduce, and I have no idea how and where to see exactly what is shown in the video.
Please follow https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/QA/Bug_writing_guidelines and add a more useful description to this report - thanks a lot!

Here's one affected site:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/auth?next=%2Fen-US%2Fquestions%2Fnew%2Fdesktop%2Fform

It briefly strobes on login.

Most of these involve logging in. And they last longer if something goes wrong, and it keeps trying and failing for some time. So they aren't easy to reproduce. But they are very hard to avoid, so I'm sure other users also encounter them all the time.

For there:

Click "Continue with Firefox accounts"

Strobing appears before "Sign in"

Hi MarjaE!
I was not able to reproduce this issue on latest Nightly version 85.0a1 (2020-12-04) on Windows 10. I tried with a normal screen or having zoomed in to 300%. Are you using some other screen magnifier?
I ask you please if you could also attach the about: support data (Help > troubleshooting information > click "copy raw data to clipboard" button) to might help us to reproduce it.

No screen magnifier. I use my own font settings instead.
