Have VoiceOver enabled on MacOS (Command + F5)

[Steps to reproduce]

  1. Open the Firefox browser and open the Hamburger menu using the VO commands.
  2. Reach the Preferences option and select it.

[Expected result]
The User should be redirected to the about:preferences page without issues.

[Actual result]
Firefox crashes after reaching about:preferences
Note : Please note after getting a regression range the same Bug 1672700 seems to be causing it.

The severity for this issue I think it should be an S2.

I was able to reproduce this crash left and right on both the address bar as well as about:preferences, as soon as focus enters the main area, not the list of categories or the header links to add-ons etc. All the crashes which have MarcoZ: in the comments are from me from today. They all have the same signature of the already reported crash bug. Even just pressing Cmd+T to open a new tab and landing in the empty address bar is enough to trigger the crash for me. Closing this a a duplicate of the original crash bug.
