Hi alster551!
I was unable to reproduce this issue on latest Nightly version 85.0a1 (2020-12-03)(64 bit) on Windows 10. I have changed my Display setting for two monitors Above/Bellow and works correctly.
Could you please try to reproduce it on latest Nighlty and tell us your input? You can download it from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/

Flags: needinfo?(alster551)

I'm marking this as Resolved-Incomplete due to lack of response. If the issue is still reproducible with the latest Firefox version, feel free to reopen the bug with more information.
Thanks,
