Steps to reproduce:
Perform a search in the Machinery tab.
Actual results:
Clicking on any of the search results within machinery currently replaces the contents of the editor with the result that was clicked.
Expected results:
As per the specification for Concordance search, the result should be added to the editor rather than replacing the contents.
