Steps to reproduce:
Created <textarea> tag with fixed cols and rows and wrap="hard".
Copied and pasted text block to the text area box.
Submitted.
Actual results:
The text was saved as it was pasted.
Expected results:
The text supposed to brake according to the textarea box size.
