User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.16; rv:83.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/83.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Dual Monitor
  2. Firefox window each monitor
  3. Full screen 2nd monitor (I used YT)
  4. Move 1st screen monitor, it's able to go under menu bar

I used BetterTouchTool to move the windows, 100% reproduce. Draging with mouse is very difficult to reproduce.

Clicking on the desktop to lose focus and clicking the firefox window to gain focus, fixes the problem.

macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 (But I've had this problem in 10.15.x too)

Actual results:

Window is able to be moved under menu bar.

Expected results:

No window should be allowed under the menu bar

The issue is still reproducible using Firefox 88.0a1 (20210315091836) on macOS 10.15 and macOS 11.2.3 with full-screen-api.macos-native-full-screen pref on true. Attached a screen recording. Steps:

  1. One Firefox window in fullscreen mode on the second monitor.
  2. Drag the other firefox window slowly to the left side and top side of the screen on the primary monitor.
