Thanks for the report!
The video file is corrupted, can you please attach a new one?
I am not sure if I understand the problem.
Thanks,
Honza

Video is not currupted, FF can not display it because of lack of kazam video codecs.
Attachment is not viewable in your browser because its MIME type (video/mp4) is not one that your browser is able to display.
Try directly to download attachment and play it with system video player.

Thanks, I downloaded the video and I am able to play it.
I am seeing two issues there:
- the tooltip doesn't appear sometimes
- the tooltip appears and quickly disappears
I can't reproduce these problems on my machine (Win10, Fx Nightly / Fx 84)
I even tried to load podio.com (used in the screencast)
Perhaps it's Linux related?
Could you also test Firefox 84?
Do you have a chance to test on different OS?
Thanks!

Hey Eugen,
Firefox 85 is now available, do you still experience the problem in 85?
Also, any chance you could test in different OS (Win, Mac)?

this is working fine for me Ubuntu Firefox 84.
I guess it could be an issue with the title attribute?
Eugene, if you go to data:text/html,<meta charset=utf8><h1 title="this is a title">Hover me and hover the h1, do you see the hint?

Nicolas, your example works fine and on FFv82.0
Does not understand how you example belongs to hing at network tab.
I still have an issue with hints. See new attached file ( I have upgraded to the latest FF 84.0.2)
I have two monitor system. When I point over network request when FF on right monitor the hint is issued on the left monitor. This is random. Most of the time I have hint on the right monitor as expected
Sorry, can not provide full links because there are access tokens.
