Kris, mconley and I just spent a while helping Scott deal with a weird intermittent failure, which turned out to be related to https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/71621bfa47a371f2b1ccfd33c704913124afb933/testing/mochitest/BrowserTestUtils/BrowserTestUtils.jsm#472 rejecting with no message or stack.
I don't know why there'd be no stack, but at least the "no message" part seems avoidable, and like something we should use linting to stop elsewhere, to make intermittent failures and debugging them less painful.

I expect there is no stack trace because there is no Error being generated.
