Steps to reproduce:
Ignore Version, I'm not sure what version this is so selected the same first two number 78.

Windows 10 - NVDA 2018/FF 78.4.1 BUG
This bug is happening with role=img and aria-labelledby. This worked fine in previous fire fox versions.
Make sure NVDA 2018 is running in the background.
- Navigate to image container by pressing TAB key on keyboard.
- Observe how NVDA announces the first image selected.
- Navigate to next control/button by pressing TAB key on keyboard.
- Activate next control/button by pressing SPACE key on keyboard.
- SHIFT + TAB back to image container.
- Observe
Actual results:
Actual - NVDA reads the previous label and it announces three times
Expected results:
Expect - NVDA to read the next label and announce only once.
