Youtube videos are suddenly laggy, the audio works fine however the video will stop and then have to catch up to the audio.

Steps to reproduce:
Click play on any youtube video. Watch video as it will stop video, but keep playing audio, then the video is forced to catch up to the audio.
Actual results:
Video lags, audio plays fine.
Expected results:
Video and audio play normal.

Are you able to reproduce this issue on latest Nightly? If that issue still happen on latest Nightly, could you use the profiler [1] to capture the process when issue happens? And provide the information from your about:support.
