If i set up may mail account to use an external signature (i.e. an .html-file), and
the signature contains an <hr>, i can not use my keyboard to move below the
horizontal ruler. Look at the attached signature, set it up in mozilla, and try
to move (with your arrow-keys) downwards and below the <hr>.

this is my current signature. With this, i can not use my keyboards arrow-keys
to move downwards below the <hr>-line.

By the way. I noticed bugzilla did not detect my browser correctly, my build
date is 20020826, taken from "about mozilla". It is the "official" version 1.1

This has been fixed for a while; 1.2a should have the fix.
