in the first 15-20 seconds the animation run normally and after some time is elapsed the animation becomes a bit blurry or not even anti aliased and after that the animation becomes laggy a runs between 15-30 fps without i have done anything to my computer.

The cause for texture eviction is https://github.githubassets.com/images/modules/site/home/hero-glow.svg which we draw at 2658 * 1537.78 * 4 * 4/1024/1024 = 62MB

Based on Comment 1 it seems that Bug 1676909 is the cause of this issue, I will remove the Regressionwindow wanted flag.

We were also able to reproduce this issue on a Mac Osx 10.15.7.

Nope, bug 1676909 fixed the problem. I didn't cause the problem. It might still be worth trying to find the change that regressed it.
