Steps to reproduce

• OS - Firefox theme(s) set to dark;

1. Launch Firefox, access about:addons
2. Click on the Extensions section;
3. Click on the Cogwheel on the right side;
4. Click on the Manage Extensions button;

Expected result

• Icon would be visible(white) in contrast;

Actual result

• icon is black - on dark-grey background it not visible;

Regression range

• First bad: 2019-05-31;
• Last good: 2019-05-30;
• Pushlog: URL;
• Potential regressor: mozregression points towards 1553416; thus it's not a regression, was implemented like this with addition in the section;

Additional notes

• attached screenshot to illustrate the issue;
• S4 as suggested severity since the impact is minimal.
