User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:83.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/83.0

Steps to reproduce:

I have multiple monitors. One above the other two.
When I use Firefox window maximized in a bottom screen (always), it overflows on the monitor above it.

Actual results:

A region of the top monitor gets some part hidden by top of Firefox window.

Expected results:

Firefox should not be visible on any monitor except the one it is maximized on.

The problem shows only when an application is in full screen mode in the top monitor as on the screenshot.
When the windows taskbar is visible on the top screen, it hides the firefox problem.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your report.

Since I don't have the specific configuration you mentioned, I tried testing this behavior using my laptop + 1 monitor (2 screens in total) but I was unable to reproduce this bug.

I'll add a product and component to this ticket so the corresponding team can take a look and advice.

Regards,
Virginia

Thanks for the feedback Virginia. Don't hesitate to ask more informations in case it's needed. This is surely a very low priority issue. I just reported it because it annoys me often as I use the top monitor with some work monitoring tools which have some control buttons in the bottom right where they are half hidden by the Firefox top problem.
I tested different apps and browsers in the bottom right screen, and only Firefox has that issue.
If I don't maximize Firefox using the maximize window button, but I make it covering the same space by carefully move it top left of the screen and expanding it bottom right, then the problem doesn't show. only if I click the expand window button.
