Details

This happens when various actions are performed and is probably related to the other Drafts bugs. In all cases the behaviour is that a message disappears from the Drafts folder (on IMAP; not tried other ways) but then on going to a different folder and back to Drafts it reappears. The actions include re-saving a draft, and sending a draft. Note this has happened in Netscape since at least 4.7 and was still happening in 6; I haven't tried 7. Incidentally I'm using Mozilla 1.1 but Bugzilla doesn't seem to have picked this up. The browser id string from "about:" is reproduced below: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020826
Product corrected to MailNews (sorry).

this is not a composition bug but a folder display one. Reassign...
Component: Composition → Mail Window Front End
Greg Colyer: is this bug still an issue for you? Have you tried a more recent build of Mozilla? If the answer to both of those is Yes... Are you seeing this problem on an IMAP account, or POP?
I think this bug has gone away in Mozilla 1.3.
=>WFM per reporter's comment 5.
